Ananya Wellness Center

At Ananya Wellness, we believe that good health begins with balanced food, mindful habits, and simple lifestyle choices.

Founded by Nutritionist Ms. Shyamala Prabhu, a certified nutritional coach with a Diploma in Food, Nutrition & Dietetics from Optimum Wellness Academy, Kolkata, the Center was created with one mission: to helping individuals and families discover the power of nutrition in transforming everyday life.

MS. Shyamala’s approach is rooted in balanced nutrition, practical lifestyle habits, and sustainable change. Her coaching focuses on helping people build a positive, achievable and respectful relationship with food—understanding that food is not just fuel but a foundation for energy, healing, and long-term wellness.

She carefully studies the unique needs of each person based on their metabolism, lifestyle, BMI, and other body parameters with overall health conditions before recommending a personalised nutrition plan. No unrealistic rules. Just practical, science-based support to help you feel healthier, stronger, and happier.

Her vision is simple yet powerful: To bring wellness into every home through education, awareness, and balanced eating.

Our Philosophy

Although we all belong to the same species, each body is shaped by different genes, lifestyles, environments, and eating habits. This is why our health needs differ, and why our care must be nutritionally personalised.

At Ananya Wellness, we believe in building a sustainable food habits and lifestyle and not just prescribing temporary diets. Your meal plan is structured in such way to fit your body, mind, your goals, and your real-life routines. No two people are the same, and neither are their nutritional needs.

Our goal is to help you understand what your body truly needs and guide you towards sustainable, enjoyable, and lifelong wellness.
